You may return your awezome order within 14 days without reason. 

How do I return my order?

Step 1: Pack your products in their original packaging together with the return form
Step 2: Download our returns form and include it in the package

(For returns we strongly recommend to use tracked delivery, as we assume no responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We will only assume responsibility of the package when it has arrived at our warehouse. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have received it.)



Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we don't exchange products, but you can always refuse delivery or return unwanted items for a refund. Please place a new order in the awezome store. Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise may not show signs of wear.



Will you refund shipping costs if I return my order?

You have to pay the costs incurred by the return shipment. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Please keep the package delivery note in the event that it needs to be traced.



What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?

Please return the product as per the return instructions above.



Complaints and manufacturer's warranty

Justified returns due to mistakes on our side will instantly be exchanged or refunded. In case your return was accepted as justified, you can choose between a replacement or awezome store credit.



When will I get my refund?

Reimbursement is usually completed between 3 - 5 days after receiving your returned package. The value of the returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card account.
