What are the delivery rates?

awezome charges flat rates per country. Our shipping countries and rates (excl. VAT) are listed here. Please note that currently we can only ship to the European Union (EU).

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery will take up to 4 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Orders will only be shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. National holidays in Austria are excluded. We reserve the right to cancel your order and make orders to remote regions subject to additional terms & conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order at any time with parcel tracking. You’ll receive the Track ID via email. You can also find it under “My Account” with the corresponding order.

Can billing and delivery address by different?

As long as they're both in the same country they can be different. Just enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.

How do I track my delivery status?

With awezome account:
Log in and click 'Order History and Details', then click the order you want to track.

Without awezome account:
You will receive an email from our carrier when your order has left our warehouse. You can check the status of your order with the Track ID provided in this email. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours for tracking codes to be activated.

What updates will I receive on my order?

Awezome will send you the following emails to update you on your order status:

Order received: You will receive a confirmation of receipt email shortly after you successfully placed an order online.
Order shipped: This email confirms that your order has shipped from our warehouse. The email contains a track & trace code you can use to follow your order's delivery status.
Invoice: This email contains your invoice.
Order returned: This email confirms that we have received your returned order. We will inspect the products you returned and refund you if they meet the requirements of our Return Policy within 14 business days.
Cancellation: This email is sent if your order is fully or partially cancelled.
